- Arrow International offers the NeoCareŽ line of pediatric products. NeoCareŽ products do not contain DEHP. With the exception of the Urinary Drainage Kit (UDK), NeoCareŽ does not have any products made out of PVC. The tubing on the UDK burette assembly is purchased as DEHP-free PVC. None of the NeoCareŽ catheters contain any PVC components and thus no DEHP.
